Introduction

You are opening the new neighborhood pet shop. You will care for the many pets at Here We Go Again Pet Shop. Many different animals and insects live in Here We Go Again. Some of the pets that will be delivered include hamsters, goldfish, parakeets, geckos, puppies, crickets, poison dart frogs, snakes, and butterflies. Members of your community can get their pets and supplies at your pet shop.

The Task

When you were setting up your frog habitat in the pet shop you found some butterfly eggs on some of the plants that came in with your frogs. You were wondering if frogs and butterflies could live together.

1. You will be creating a VENN diagram to compare and contrast frogs and butterflies.

Process

1. Go to www.readwritethink.org/materials/venn/index.html

2. Type in your project title (Butterflies and Frogs)

3. Type in your name

4. Label circle 1-Butterflies

5. Label circle 2-Frogs

6. Click the NEXT button and watch the DEMO on how to fill in your VENN diagram.

7. Complete your VENN diagram.

8. When you are finished, click FINISH and then click PRINT.
